Please read carefully our terms and condition if you would like to become a custumer of our web store. Only in those cases take the advantages of our service if you agreed with every points and consider itself bound by and binding.

In relation with the web store operation, ordering and delivering process or any other topic about Escada services please feel free to contact with our costumer support and service.

Disclosure Statement
I acknowledge the following personal data stored in the user account of Florawesome Kft. (1116. Budapest, Torma u. 6.) in the user database of Escadaviragkuldes.hu will be handed over to OTP Mobil Ltd. (1138 Budapest, Váci út 135-139. B. ép. 5. emelet) and is trusted as data processor. The data transferred by the data controller are the following:  name, email address, phone number, billing address, delivery address.

Delivery policy

  • The listed general trade conditions apply to all customers who have ordered.
  • By order the customer takes notice that our company uses the prices on this website, other sources are excluded. The vendor reserves the right of change.
  • As our employees make unique bouquets variations are possible.
  • Naturally, we guarantee that you will get a bouquet very similar to the chosen one in style, form, value and arrangemet style of the bouquet.
  • We regard your order confidentially.
  • Considering that flowers are fresh, daily products, some components of the bouquet you ordered might not be in stock. In this case substitution of components is permissible.
  • Florawesome Ltd. is organising the delivery of the ordered bouquets and gifts though its partners.
  • Our company is working with carefully selected local florists in Hungary and we are processing the orders through our floral network to ensure smooth and on time service.

Taking order

  • If the information given by the customer is not correct or is non-existing the vendor cannot be blamed for not delivering the ordered product.
  • The supply is available until the stock lasts.
  • In case of lack of goods the vendor reserves the right of substituting the product similar in quality, value and form.

ESCADA Loyalty Points

  •  The escadaviragkuldes.hu has launched its new loyalty system which has been created to recurrent customers. Every order will be calculated onto the loyalty account. The gross value of the products will worth 10% on to the virtual loyalty account. Just an example: if you buy a value of 10.000HUF your virtual loyalty account grows with 1000 loyalty points. You get the points for your full amount of the purchase flowers. The collected points are credited immediately and this way you can use them right away at your next purchase.

Crediting and the use of loyalty points

  • The web store opens a virtual account for its registered users. The points which are awarded for successful purchase are automatically credited  to the virtual account.
  • The loyalty points are converted into a ratio of 1:1 ie 1 loyalty point is equivalent to 1 HUF. The loyalty points can only be used  if it covers the full price of the purchase. An example; you can not reduce the value of the purchase, it is only valid if you pay the full amount with the loyalty points. Loyalty points are awarded for all products including promotional products as well. If you would like to settle the purchase by loyalty points, you should select "payment type" during the process of ordering.

The balance of loyalty points

  •  After logging in you can view  how many loyalty points you have at anytime. At the ‘Account’ menu you can check out the amount of loyalty points. 

Terms and conditions for using loyalty point system

  •  Loyalty points can be given only to registered users of escadaviragkuldes.hu. To collect and to use loyalty points are only possible online. Loyalty points are non-refundable, non-transferable for cash and can not be replaced under any circumstances.
  • Loyalty points will expire, in case of no purchase is made within two calendar years, the points will be deleted.

 

Delivery

  • FlorAwesome Ltd. is organising and in charge of delivering the ordered bouquets and gifts though its partners.
  • Delivery means taking the goods to the recipient within determined time.
  • If the delivery does not take place in the previously fixed time, there is no chance for compensation.
  • In the absence of the addressee, our partner is authorized to leave the flowers with a reliable third-party (e.g. a neighbour, receptionist, porter, funeral parlour, etc.) deemed suitable for passing on the flowers to the addressee. Or follow the custom of the situation in the delivering county.
  • Orders to hospitals, hotels, military base, camp grounds or company addresses are not guaranteed, but in most cases arrive as requested. If your delivery is going to such a location, please provide the name and telephone number of the hospital, hotel, military base, camp grounds or company.
  • Delivery to hospitals, provide us the recipient’s ward and room number.
  • We or our partners cannot be held liable if hospitals, hotels, military base, camp grounds or companies do not permit delivery to individuals.
    Please check these matters with the destination before placing your order!
  • Delivery of the order to performances, artists' performances and concerts, is done only in accordance with the local regulation.
  • The delivery is only guaranteed to the reception desk of the facility.
  • Deliveries for funerals are guaranteed only to the cemetery, not to the ceremony itself.
  • We will contact the recipient before delivery, if we see it necessary, to ensure smooth delivery.
  • In rare cases, the flower delivery is not possible!
  • In such cases, will inform the buyer of any price change.
  • If the customer does not want to send flowers with the increased cost, than we will cancel the order and the paid amount will be transfered back.
  • Force majeure discharges the vendor of accomplishment.
  • If such a hindering factor occurs, the vendor will inform the customer.
  • The vendor reserves the right of deviation from the previously fixed time, if it gets order for more than 10 bouquets per hour.
  • Sunday deliveries are available to selected cities and all day only and not always guaranteed, please contact us prior delivery! Without cross-check it, Sunday delivery wil be made 1 or 2 days before the requested dat

Gift Box information

  • The items are deliverd with our partners DPD/SPRINTER during working days between 8-18:00. If the partner does not fulfill the requested date for any reason, we will notify our customers.
  • Regarding parcel delivery, our partner's general terms and conditions apply.

  • Products are hand-made, small quantity items.
  • In case, any of the products is out of stock substitution is permitted.
  • In the summer months due to quality reasons chocolate products can only be delivered to Budapest. To other destinations certain products will be substituted. 

 

Receipt

  • Complaint after delivering and receiving the product is not possible.
  • If a the product is refused to receive, you will not be entitled to a refund.
  • In the event when the recipient and our delivery partner negotiate a different time or date of delivery, than it was specified by the customer, the product will be delivered as it was agreed with the addressee. In such a case, we might not have the chance or mode to let our customer known about it in advanced. In this case, the order will be considered as received/delivered!
  • Due to the perishability of the product, after 3 days of the original delivery date,  the flower shop will discard the order as waste, and the order will be considered  as received/delivered!

Return

  • Returning the product is possible only if the vendor and the customer has agreed in advance.
  • If the bouquet gets damaged during the delivery, please contact us immediately and we replace it.
  • The customer can legitimately request the change of bouquet or the price back in case the returning is accepted by the vendor.
  • If the ordered product is based on a qualitative or quantitative claim we do require a proof such as a photo that was taken around the time of receipt date. We are able to review your complain within 3 days! Unfortunately, we cannot accept a complaint without this proof, since the product is a perishable item.
  • The returning of the product is always the customer’s duty.
  • We cannot take the responsibility for other compensations.

Withdrawal

  • The customer can withdraw from the contract without giving any reasons within 14 working days, although for orders within 48 hours prior to date of delivery, the repayment cannot be guaranteed !
  • The withdrawal shall be confirmed with the customer service.
  • The withdrawal period starts when the flower delivery service contract has been made.
  • Flower product is highly perishable , therefore the customer does not have the right to withdraw the order, if it has been expanded, open, unwrapped, and delivered!
  • FlorAwesome Ltd. does not allow orders to be edited or cancelled after acceptance of the order pursuant to our Order Acceptance Policy described above or, if earlier, within forty-eight (48) hours of the requested delivery date or within the seven (7) days prior to Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Women’s day or Mother’s Day (because of our extremely high volume of orders during these times).
  • The web store operator has 30 days to return the customer a full refund, if the customer wish to take the right of cancellation. In case if the customer returned the ordered product.
  • Subsequent withdrawal after the order delivered, accepted, and signed cannot be taken into consideration; the paid amount cannot be claimed again.

Price

  • The shown price does not include delivery fee, handling fee, the price of the vase or surrounding decoration, unless it is posted.
  • Orders will always be charged in Hungarian Forints or other selected currency (Euros).
  • We make daily adjustment to prices to follow the fluctuation of currency changes.
  • These conversions are only an approximation. FlorAwesome cannot be held responsible for any currency conversion differences and/or charges made by your financial institution.
  • In case the price significantly different from the well-known, accepted or estimated price of a similar product, we reserve the rights to contact the customer about to receive the correct price or cancel the order.
  • If you placed two or more identical orders and you let us know about it, you will receive a full refund for the duplicated order, if that the partner local florist did not make and delivered the items already.

Privacy Policy

  • Information collected by FlorAwesome when you visit the web site.
  • You may provide us with two types of information: personal information you knowingly choose to disclose that is collected on an individual basis and Web site usage information collected on an aggregate basis as you and others browse our Web site.
  • If you submit information as a result of a request for more information from our website, FlorAwesome will not share the submitted information with any third parties. Our lists are private and are not sold or exchanged with outside entities.
  • FlorAwesome may choose to share the submitted information with strategic partners for the purpose of helping us to provide our solutions.

Disagreement

  • In case of disagreement the clients aim for common agreement.
  • In lack of common agreement the clients should accept Pesti Kerületi Bíróság (Regional Court of Pest, Hungary) as the court of competent jurisdiction.
  • The Provider disclaims any liability for damages or compensation, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss occurs, it is the service under the conditions reported fraudulent use of, or the Customer's negligence or willful infringements, or in connection with crime.
  • The service provider shall not be liable for any damage and must not be imposed any damages resulting from improper use of the goods.
